Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business days via Australia Post and shipping is estimated to be 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

We are happy to ship internationally. Please register with us (it's Free) and then place the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. From within the Shopping Cart menu you may click the 'Estimate Shipping' button to see how much the shipping will cost to your country. If an International Customer has any problems with the Payment Stage please contact us as we can easily fix this.

If we are unable to supply an item that you have ordered, we will contact you within 2 business days from when you placed your order to discuss your options.

Refunds

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

You must contact us via Email to request the authority to return a product. In this instance you, the customer, will be liable for all shipping costs.

Returned products must be unused, unmarked in any way, unwashed and fit for resale.

If authorised by Sleeping Owl Online, we may offer you a choice between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been incorrectly described or differ from the product purchased on the website, provided that you comply with the above.
